Hello…everyone…Today I found that what should be my 5 minutes beginners workout plan to start my workout routine in busy life!!
Life is become so much busy and hectic as per our current life styles and habits. Its too hard to manage family life and professional life together!!. Normally as woman, we always thought to spare time for our self and body to maintain healthy life style.
I also thought to start exercises and have fit body. But as i try to search on internet for workout plan, i got to know all the workouts are long and take more time. So i thought to create a small and good workout plan which can complete in 5 minutes as well as benefits our over all body.
I follow few workout plans for few days and then i made complete workout plan by combining different workout and made such easy and fast workout. You need to spare only 5 minutes daily for healthy and fit body. Now you can also think of fitness and look beautiful and smart and fit!!!.
Checkout below my “5 minutes beginners workout plan” and follow every day and have a great and fit life…!!!!
1). Jumping Jacks: (20 counts)
Basically Jumping jacks is cardio exercise. It can help you burn fat all over your body, including your belly, faster mainly due to their high intensity and the large number of calories burned.
It is a full body workout that can target major muscle groups, strengthen bones, and improve cardiovascular fitness and heart health.
Another big benefit that you can get from doing jumping jacks on a daily basis is that they can help you lose a pretty serious amount of weight.
It can also help in building muscle strength effectively. This stands true for the muscles which are engaged in doing jumping jacks, like the calves, hip abductors, core muscles, abs, lower back muscles and shoulder abductors.
2). High Knees:(20 counts)
High Knees is an amazing warm up or full body exercise all on its own!
This is a cardio-intensive exercise. It engages your core, strengthens all the muscles in your legs, gets your heart rate up and improves momentum, coordination and flexibility. This exercise wakes up your body and helps to develop a proper leg driving motion.
In order to get your knees higher, you must engage your core muscles as well, so High Knees is good for training your core strength.
High Knees is an awesome cardio exercise that works your legs and core while giving you a great cardiovascular move that gets your heart rate up anytime, anywhere.
3). Russian Twists:(10 counts)
It helps with twisting movements and allows you to quickly change direction. Doing the Russian twist every day will help you burn calories, be in better shape, lose belly fat, improve balance and posture, and reduce the risk of obesity-related diseases. Few basic benefits are mentioned below of Russian Twists.

4). Side Lunges:(10 counts)
Lunges also allow you to work out the quadriceps from a different angle, which means it helps to develop leg strength. Side lunges improve balance, stability and coordination, which will be useful to you both in sports and in ordinary life.
This exercise is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. The load is easily adjusted due to the weight of the weights. This exercise helps to work out the adductor muscles. This will eliminate the problem areas in the inner thigh.
5). Squats:(15 counts)
Every time you squat, you engage your core as it works to stabilize your body during the movement. Because squats work many muscle groups at once, the exercise causes your body to increase anabolic hormone production. These are the hormones that help you lose fat and build muscle.
Calorie burning is often equated with aerobic exercises such as running or cycling. But performing high-intensity, compound movements like the squat can also crush some serious calories.
Best of luck for your beginner’s workout!! If you want to repeat then you can repeat upto 3 sets. As i focus on over all fitness so your core strength will be developed highly.
